Remove self seeded shrubs growing adjacent to the right hand fence of my property.

Reported in the Miscellaneous category anonymously at 14:38, Friday 6 March 2020

Sent to Stevenage Borough Council 3 minutes later

Improvement Requested: Remove self seeded shrubs growing adjacent to the right hand fence of my property. Maintain the park by clearing the edges as necessary by hand rather than neglect this area.

Amenity Location: Chancellor Park Road park / play area. Footpath connecting Wilson Close / Chancellor Road. The left hand side of the footpath is not maintained allowing shrubs to sprout adjacent to the fence.

Reason Improvement Required: The fence needs to be repaired and due to the neglected nature of the council land the contractor quoted additional cost to remove the shrubs. The shrubs were not planted, they self-seeded. The council should cut the grass all the way to the edges than this would not have happened.
