Polystyrene and excess large cardboard was taken but floor of bin store still covered in debris. Phoned 3 times to ask for it to be swept/cleaned up as floor is a slip hazard on soggy cardboard . Promised it would be done but still the same 2 weeks later . This is communal bin store outside numbers 11 and 12 king pin square sg1 5bu.

This happens all the time the bins are not big enough for the amount of properties they get full up and people dump it on the floor. It's a health hazard never cleaned up attracting vermin . I'm going to report it to environmental health and get on to my local councillor if it isn't resolved I've made numerous calls to the council call centre. There is also no garden waste bin unlike every other property in stevenage which has also been reported and nothing done and the houses are now over 2 years old !

This bin store is still the same rubbish everywhere all over the floor which the bin men ignore and trample over every week ! Now someone has flytipped a broken wardrobe in the bin store and put big bits of wood in the black bin filling it up ! its needs urgent clearing out or else people will dump rubbish outside of the bins and the rats will be in there causing a health hazard. It's the bin store outside number 11 king pin square . If this isn't sorted soon I'm reporting to my councillor as it's being ignored
