Sent to Stevenage Borough Council 3 minutes later
Ford fiesta H233 JAR has been parked up in Oundle Path for at least 4 months. Engine has been removed from vehicle in September last year and placed in boot with all the fluids spilt on the road. Vehicle appears to be filled with rubbish, recently a gas cylinder has been placed on the drivers seat, which is white and black.
Passed to Enforcement Officer for site visit

SBC Officer inspected vehicle and later spoke with owner. Cylinder contains Nitrous Oxide and is not dangerous. Vehicle is an ongoing repair project. It is taxed, is parked tight to kerb and is taking up less space than other vehicles present.
No offences. No further action at this time.

Vehicle has again not been touched or repaired since your visit, rubbish has however been removed. But surely the point of a repair project is to get the vehicle roadworthy. Owner has a garage which I am sure is a better environment to undertake car repairs of that nature.
