Council fence on floor caused by fly tipping

Reported in the Fly Tipping category anonymously at 22:32, Monday 16 September 2019

Sent to Stevenage Borough Council 3 minutes later

The council boundary fence has now been collapsed for months despite already being reported to the council via telephone. The pile of rubbish that was leaning against the fence to make it topple over has spread into the park and road by people using this as a walking cut through making the street not as secure as it used to be.
