3X Black bags Household Waste

Sent to Stevenage Borough Council less than a minute later

3X Black bags full of household waste left in the wooded area of Brighton Way. The bags have began to split and is spilling the rubbish all over the floor. It is quite difficult to find in the wooded area but it does need to be picked up quickly as the bags are disintegrated.
