This has gotten even worse. We walk our dog along this route (as do many many others) and from two days ago the amount has almost doubled in size!
It’s not only unsanitary, disgusting and disrespectful but it’s also a hazard to domestic and wild animals.
I cannot believe this is still here after nearly two weeks!!

This area is gaining more dumped items every day, now there is broken glass all over the path. This area is repeatedly targeted and yet cameras can easily be situated or the bollards moved to prevent t access out of sight

This is an active fly-tip having been added to twice within the past week. There is broken sheet glass on The Meadway adjacent to the SBC facility. Also a large number of what appear to be CO2 cartridges have been dumped at the western end of the extension car park on the Meadway. Looking at the photos of the Kitching Lane tip there appear to be delivery/stock labels on a number of the cardboard boxes. A camera (mounted on one of the lamp-posts within the Council's facility in Cavendish Road) overlooking the swans-neck where Redcar Drive becomes the Meadway) would capture identifiable images of offending vehicles as that is the only practicable route to the site, or if not will prove access is being made back from Kitching Lane. As I have seen or heard nothing to suggest that fly-tipping around Kitching Lane is likely to stop, such a TV installation way well prove fruitful.
