Grass, bushes that have previosly been cut and maintain by the council not being maintained

Reported in the Missed Grass Cutting category anonymously at 12:34, Wednesday 3 July 2019

Sent to Stevenage Borough Council 1 minute later

I live on fishers green road as part of the Vincent Court development in the house at end of the development (the house nearest to Corton Close area), the over growth of weeds and thorn bushes had previously been cut by the council but the last few times hasn't been cut and now has over grown massively in to my garden which is frustrating as it devalues the look of my property, i would just like to understand why the land next to my property is only being landscaped up to a certain point and the rest just left as waste land? thank you

  • We cut back the vegetation that was encroaching the boundary to the front of the property on Friday 26th. We will look at completing more extensive works during our winter programme.

  • Hi please see photo of the hedges/bushes in crouching is ruining the enjoyment of my garden please can you advise when it will be cut back landscaped? I understand this will not be a priority but it’s very frustrating as it devalues the property I feel, as well as this I have the tree that over hangs my parking space and the car is constantly getting pooed on
