Customer has called to report piles and piles of building waste and concrete piled up on Clovelly Way in Symonds green. Past Eastbourne Ave on the left on the grass where the verge is. looks like someone is having building work done and has seen a van dumping more rubbish there.

Updates

  • We spoke to the builders that are working at 14 Eastbourne Avenue earlier this week. The building waste is being cleared daily by a grab lorry. The waste is replaced daily but the reason why they are placing it on Clovelly Way is that it is far easier for the grab lorry to collect it than in Eastbourne.

  • That rubbish has been there well over a month and is the same pile of rubbish, just being add to. There has been no grab lorries daily as stated or are they just putting exactly The same rubbish out each day. I don’t think so.
