Shared pathway/cycleway taken over by overgrown shrubs

On Great Ashby Way at rear of the Rooks Nest Cottages in Weston Road cul de sac, the thorny shrubs/trees planted as a screen for the houses is overgrown and encroaching across the shared pathway/cycleway. This should never have been planted here, or should have been within the properties in Weston Road. Please hack it back so it only needs attention once this summer.. It's unlikely the residents will be doing it.
