Bags of rubbish left beside bin. I collected the rubbish together and tied the bags up as the litter was being soread across the lane

There is an increased incidence of household waste being dumped in Shephall Lane. On speaking to another member of the public, the waste is being dumped fro a house located in Nodes Drive. That person has also left a report.
