Sent to Stevenage Borough Council 1 minute later
Piles of mud being left next to council garages - on Valley Way - road off of Valley Way towards Valley Way school. Being dropped on regular basis by a van.
This pile of rubble is in the entrance to the garages. It cannot be seen in the dark so is quite dangerous.
