Hi, the red recycling bin has been put inside the premises but same bits of rubbish are still contained within. Old tags, nappies probably still there I presume. I spoke to neighbour who said no one has lived there for a year and a half. Please can someone come with black bin black and remove all rubbish from main bin and reclycling bins. Please can bins be put furthered away from Main Street against the wall of house, as passerby’s walking down the cut through will throw their rubbish in these bins. I also have a concern regarding the dozens of bin bags in the back garden.
