Untaxed, no MOT, abandoned car

This car ha sheen abandoned. It has no tax and no Mot. The radio has been removed, rubbish has been left in it, the passenger door has no lock! It’s in a really dirty state with bird droppings on it, dirt, etc. Weeds are starting to grow around it.
